ReTURN & ReFUNDS Policy for Sunshine BEads 30A

At Sunshine Beads 30A, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as personalized jewelry, and gift cards.

Return Deadline:

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please email us at with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our return shipping address.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.
